Apple App Store Awards 2025: Recently, Apple has announced the winners of its 2025 App Store Awards. The awards honour a total of 17 apps and games which were selected because of their excellent design, engineering and design innovation, cultural impact and user experience, all of which exceeded expectations from users. The recipients received extensive reviews from App Store editors based on user experience and innovative concepts.

Apple App Store Best Apps 2025: Across Every Apple Platform

This year’s list covers all major Apple devices, from the iPhone and iPad to Apple Watch, Mac and even Vision Pro. Tiimo, a popular daily planning app designed for neurodivergent users, earned the iPhone App of the Year title for turning task management into something calming, intuitive and inclusive.

On iPad, the visual production tool Detail stood out with its easy broadcasting and camera workflows, while Essayist on Mac was recognised for using a clean UI and smart research aids to simplify long-form writing. Explore POV for Vision Pro, which delivered spatial storytelling that feels tailor-made for visionOS, and Strava on Apple Watch earned the award for fitness tracking that genuinely helps people move better. HBO Max rounded up the platform winners with its cinematic redesign for Apple TV.

Pokemon TCG Pocket won the iPhone Game of the Year title for offering fans a quick yet modern card battle experience; DREDGE won the iPad prize with its atmospheric art direction and engaging storytelling.

Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition was recognised for its impressive adaptation to macOS hardware. Porta Nubi's puzzle world won Vision Pro honours, while WHAT THE CLASH? -- an entertaining Arcade title -- completed the list.
