Apple, along with its refreshed MacBook lineup, has introduced the new 24-inch iMac with an M3 chipset. With this, Apple has announced better design, and improved performance while keeping sustainability in mind. The iMac is available for pre-order starting today. 24-Inch iMac Specifications:
The new iMac has a Retina 4.5K display with 11.3 million pixels and over a billion colours. The new iMac can be an ideal choice for content creators or someone who is looking for a premium experience for content streaming.
Under the hood, the iMac is powered by Apple's M3 chip, which features an 8-core CPU, up to a 10-core GPU, and support for up to 24GB of unified memory. The newly designed CPU makes the device 2 times faster than the iMacs powered by M1 chips in terms of multitasking, content production, and gaming.
The iMac with M3 chipsets is 4 times faster than the 21.5-inch model and almost 2.5 times faster than the top-end 27-inch models. Speaking of connectivity, the device gets a slew of new features including the iPhone integration, making it an interesting option.
The device now has widgets incorporated into it, which makes customization simple, thanks to macOS Sonoma. Web surfing and productivity are enhanced with upgrades to Safari and improved video conferencing tools. Game Mode reduces latency and speeds up gaming by giving graphics jobs priority.

The entry-level model with an 8-core GPU costs Rs 134,900 (Rs 129,900 for students) and comes in green, pink, blue, and silver. The 10-core GPU variant costs Rs 154,900 (Rs 144,900 for students) and is available in green, yellow, orange, pink, purple, blue, and silver.
