Apple iPhone 15 Plus: Apple, a Cupertino-based tech giant, has introduced the new iPhone at its mega 'Wonderlust' event. On the expected lines, the company has substituted the notch with Dynamic Island and upgraded the primary camera to 48MP. To give you a detailed look at the price and specifications of the handset, here is a report.

Apple iPhone 15 Plus Specifications

The 15 Plus has a 6.7-inch Super Retina XDR OLED screen with a peak brightness of up to 2,000 nits. It now gets the highly-anticipated Dynamic Island upgrade (compared to the notch on the iPhone 14) that lets users keep track of notifications, control music and more activities. iPhone 15 Plus weighs 201g and is 7.80mm thick.

The IP68-rated phone sports aluminium "contoured" edges and a Ceramic Shield on the front. Under the hood, the phone sports an A16 Bionic chip that was present on the iPhone 14 Pro models. It runs on new iOS 17 software. Among the highly-anticipated changes, the 15 Plus has a USB Type-C connector for data transfer and charging. It also gets MagSafe support and wireless charging.

As for the optics, the device has a 48MP primary sensor that enables 2x optical zoom and a 12MP ultrawide camera. On the front, the phone gets a 12MP TrueDepth camera. Moving to the connectivity, the handset has Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, second generation ultrawide band chip, Emergency SOS, Crash Detection and more. Further, it gets a Voice Isolation feature for clear calls in noisy environments.

Apple iPhone 15 Plus Price, Colours, Availability

Here are the variant-wise prices of the newly launched iPhone 15 Plus:

- 128GB: Rs 89,900

- 256GB: Rs 99,900

- 512GB: Rs 1,19,900

The handset will be available in five colour options - yellow, pink, green, black and blue. You can pre-order the device from September 15. It will be available from September 22.
