Apple, a Cupertino-based tech giant, is expected to unveil a range of devices at a special event in September 2024. Ahead of an official announcement, Bloomberg's Mark Gurman speculates a possible launch event on September 10 where the tech giant may unveil the new iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods. Citing anonymous sources familiar with the matter, the report said the company is preparing for an announcement for the second Tuesday in September.
According to the report, the first sale of the new iPhones may begin on September 20. The iPhone 16 Pro trims are expected to sport larger displays and new camera features. For photography, it could ship with a rumoured 'Capture' button. Plus, it may gain AI features dubbed Apple Intelligence and may not be significantly different from last year.
Coming to the Watch Series 10, the wearable may sport a thinner design and larger displays. On the other hand, the new AirPods may include a low-end and mid-tier model, the report noted. The more pricey trim may get active noise cancellation. On a related note, Apple is also expected to refresh its Mac lineup with M4 chipsets "later this year". However, these are not expected at the rumoured September 10 event.

As per the test logs spotted by Bloomberg, the machines appeared with identifiers - '16,1', '16,2', '16,3', and '16,10'. These are rumoured to ship with the vanilla trim of the M4.
