BenQ has expanded its premium gaming monitor portfolio in India with the launch of the MOBIUZ EX321UZ. The new model brings together a high refresh rate 4K OLED panel, AI-backed image optimisation tools, and a set of features aimed at both gamers and content creators.
The EX321UZ comes with a 31.5-inch QD-OLED display carrying a 4K UHD resolution of 3840x2160 pixels. BenQ has used a fourth-generation QD-OLED panel with a five-layer tandem structure, which the company says improves brightness handling, colour consistency, and overall panel lifespan. The display is designed to deliver deeper contrast levels and cleaner HDR performance while retaining the fast response times expected from OLED technology.

For gaming, the monitor offers a 240Hz refresh rate paired with a 0.03ms grey-to-grey response time. BenQ is positioning the monitor for users who play both competitive multiplayer titles and cinematic single-player games where smoother motion and sharper image quality matter equally. AMD FreeSync Premium Pro support is also included for variable refresh rate performance.
AI-Based Visual Tuning For Different Games
A major focus of the EX321UZ is BenQ’s Smart Game Art feature. Instead of relying on standard picture presets, the system uses AI-assisted scene and art-style recognition to adjust colours and contrast dynamically depending on the type of game being played.
Through the company’s Color Shuttle platform, users can also download and switch between more than 120 game-specific colour profiles. These presets are designed to suit different visual styles, ranging from darker fantasy environments to brighter anime-inspired games.
Focus On Long-Term OLED Stability
Alongside gaming performance, BenQ has also added several features aimed at improving long-term OLED usage. The monitor includes a redesigned thermal management system combined with Brightness Flow technology to help maintain more consistent brightness levels during extended sessions.
The company has also added a reinforced screen coating that improves scratch resistance while reducing the washed-out appearance blacks can sometimes have in brightly lit rooms. BenQ claims the coating enhances perceived black depth while also adding durability to the panel surface.
To address common OLED concerns, the EX321UZ is backed by a three-year warranty that includes burn-in coverage.
Connectivity And Additional Features
The monitor includes DisplayPort 2.1a with UHBR20 bandwidth support, allowing uncompressed 4K output at high refresh rates. Other connectivity options include HDMI 2.1 with eARC support and USB Type-C with 90W Power Delivery.
BenQ has also equipped the monitor with Smart KVM functionality, allowing users to control multiple connected systems using a single keyboard and mouse setup. Ergonomic adjustments for height, tilt, and swivel are included, alongside a bundled remote controller for quicker access to settings.
Additional display features include:
- 99 percent DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage
- VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification
- Spectral Color Refinement for smoother colour transitions
- High Pixel Contrast enhancement for shadow detail
- Graphene Film OLED protection layer
