Microsoft, one of the first investors in artificial intelligence, appears to be focusing more on AI. It has now been revealed that the DALL-E 3, the latest text-to-image model from OpenAI, is now accessible to everyone on Bing Chat and Bing.com/create.

It was initially accessible to Bing Enterprise users for approximately a week, and then to Bing Image Creator, but it is now open to all users. The third iteration of OpenAI's text-to-image AI model DALL-3 has a number of enhancements, including the capacity to consistently and accurately follow user instructions.

"The OpenAI DALL-E 3 model provides advancements that improve overall image quality and detail, as well as higher accuracy for human hands, faces, and text in photos," Microsoft said in a blog post.

Invisible watermarks with time and date stamps to identify AI content and a moderation system that automatically deletes offensive or damaging images are new safety measures added to the OpenAI concept.

The digital giant claimed that after training the model on its terms of service and community guidelines, it will automatically steer clear of images that contain violence, sexual immorality, or other offensive content.

Paint Cocreator, a new AI-powered experience powered by DALL-E, has begun to roll out to users of Microsoft's Paint program. It allows you to create artwork in Paint by just expressing what you want to create.

The users must click Create after choosing an art form, which is optional. Three different versions of the artwork will be produced by Paint Cocreator for their selection. Choose one of them to put on the canvas and begin drawing with.
