New Delhi | Jagran Tech Desk: Premium smartphone manufacturer OnePlus is likely to launch world's first invisible camera smartphone in its upcoming Consumer Electronic Show (CES) on January 7. The Chinese company has shared a teaser video on social media. In a 10 -second clip, OnePlus has shared its rear panel. In the back panel, a triple rear camera can be seen while its front panel shows covered edge with invisible selfie camera, placed in the side corner. The centrally aligned triple rear camera can be seen in the back panel followed by an LED flash.

The “invisible camera” effect on the rear of the device is created by an electrochromic sheet of glass covering the cameras, said a report.
The company may use the above technology upcoming OnePlus 8 series: OnePlus 8 Lite and OnePLus 8 Pro smartphones this year. Some of their leaks have also been unvieled, which includes specifications such as Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset processor-- 5G compatible processor, and primary sensor of 64 megapixels.
Last year, the company had introduced technology with a 90Hz refresh rate. This year we might experience a 120Hz refresh rate display in the above series. In a teased video, Dash charging feature, in-display fingerprint sensor, and side button can also be seen in the smartphone.
