OpenAI's Chatgpt On Whatsapp: As artificial intelligence (AI) continues to evolve, OpenAI, the creator of ChatGPT, has unveiled a significant new feature for users. Following in the footsteps of Meta's AI-powered search assistant on WhatsApp, OpenAI has made ChatGPT available on the popular messaging platform. According to the company's official statement, users will no longer need to download an app or sign in to use the AI-powered chatbot.
On December 18, OpenAI announced that ChatGPT would now be accessible to everyone through WhatsApp and phone calls, expanding its reach and usability.

Previously, OpenAI launched ChatGPT as apps for iOS, Android, Mac, and Windows. Now, the company is taking another step to make its AI assistant even more accessible by integrating it with WhatsApp, one of the most widely used messaging platforms.
“We are focused on reducing barriers and enabling more people to try AI and experience its potential,” said Antonia W, Product Manager at OpenAI, during a live demonstration of the update.
We're bringing OpenAI o1 to the API. We're rolling out access to developers on usage tier 5 starting today, and rollout will continue over the next few weeks.

How To Use ChatGPT On WhatsApp?
According to an official blog post, U S users can call ChatGPT toll-free at 1-800-CHAT-GPT (1-800-242-8478). Global users can add ChatGPT on WhatsApp by scanning a QR code or saving the number. It’s important to note that ChatGPT will never initiate a call or message you first. To start a conversation, you can call 1-800-CHAT-GPT (1-800-242-8478) from the U.S. or Canada, or message the same number on WhatsApp from supported countries. Standard carrier fees may apply.
To start, people in the U.S. will get 15 minutes per month of voice calling.
