Gemini 1.5 Pro is now available to Gemini Advanced subscribers with a context window capable of processing up to 1 million tokens. It can handle massive documents and data sets. Google said it can analyse up to 1,500 pages of text and summarise 100 emails.

Users of Gemini Advanced can submit files straight from Google Drive or their devices to receive some in-depth responses, including insights. It can be applied to large-scale data sets for comparison, analysis, or dissection. Additionally, users may create personalised visualisations and obtain real-time insights from spreadsheets and other data sources.

Multimodal Capabilities

Gemini 1.5 Pro comes with enhanced multimodal capabilities including interpreting images. For example, the users can put a photo of a dish and can get recipes,

Gemini Live

Google has also unveiled Gemini Live, a new feature that allows users to hold natural conversations with their Gemini. It is connected with Google Messages, allowing users to communicate with Gemini in the same way that they would with their friends. It also features speech technology, which allows it to provide natural-sounding voice responses and handle interruptions and clarifying queries. It can be useful during job interviews and in other situations.
