Google For India: After grabbing a lot of attention from users for Gemini, Google has announced that the Gemini Live is available in Hindi along with 8 new local languages including the Tamil, Bengali, Telugu, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati and Urdu during 10th iteration of Google for India. Till now, Google only supported the English language.

As per Google's report, over 40 per cent of the Indian users who use Gemini prefer regional language. With an aim to offer a better user experience, the company has expanded its languages. Not only that, the California-based technology giant has also promised to add more languages in the coming months.

Google has also announced AI-powered overviews, as seen on Google Search, in Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, and Marathi. With the help of AI, the tech giant is also working on AI-powered summaries for showrooms, restaurants or other businesses helping users to make decisions easily on Google Maps.

The company has also announced 2 new real-time weather updates which will notify the users about the fog and flooding on the roads. Speaking of healthcare, AI will help in the screening of Cancer and Tuberculosis. This announcement comes after the company said it is already working in hospitals to deploy the technology.

The company also came up with the UPI Circle which will allow the users to ask somebody else to pay on their behalf. Further, the Google loan limit is now expanded to Rs 5 lakh via Google Pay. The users can also get Gold loans of up to Rs 50 lakh.

The company has also expanded the Safety Engineering System in the country. It will be launched in 2025.
