Google Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro are the next hot topic in the tech industry after Samsung introduced its Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 in the global markets. The rumour mill and tipsters have already announced a few of the specifications and in a new update, the reports have revealed the potential colours and the storage variants of the upcoming phones.

Pixel 8 And Pixel 8 Pro Leaks:

According to the German website WinFuture, the base trim will provide 128GB of storage, while the vanilla trim will include 256 GB. The Pixel 8 Pro will include 512GB of storage in addition to 128GB and 256 GB.

In terms of colours, the leak indicates that the Pixel 8 will come in "Licorice" (black), "Peony" (yellow/orange), and "Haze" (light blue) hues, while the Pixel 8 Pro will be available in "Licorice" (black), "Porcelain" (white/beige), and "Sky" (blue). The smartphone, according to the reports, will also come in a Jade hue.

The upcoming Pixel 8 Pro is said to feature a 6.7-inchQHD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate panel of 120 Hz and a peak brightness of up to 1,600 nits. The smartphone is said to get Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. Under the hood, the smartphone is said to get a new Tensor G3 chipset along with Titan M2 chipset. The smartphone will also get up to 12 GB RAM and up to 512 GB storage. Pixel 8 Pro is said to run on the Android 14 out-of-the-box. The smartphone is said to be backed by a 4,950mAh battery and fast charging support of 27W.

In terms of lenses, the Pixel 8 Pro is said to get a 50 MP primary shooter along with a 64 MP ultra-wide lens and a 48MP Samsung GM5 sensor with optical image stabilisation. The camera is said to be capable of recording 4K at 60 fps. For selfies and video calls, the Pixel 8 Pro may get a 10.8 MP front camera.
