GTA 6 News: Soon after the rumours of Rockstar Games' upcoming GTA title's price, release timeframe, features, leaked footage and trailer launch, announcements and more, fresh leaks have now pointed coordinates at the possible pre-order date for the upcoming Grand Thet Auto 6 title. As fans were brimming with excitement for the trailer release of the next GTA in December, a user claimed that the pre-orders of GTA 6 may begin from December 12, 2023.

However, reports were quick to dissect this claim and check if the claim was logical or a mere wild guess. According to HT Tech, a chat between a GTA fanatic and Argos, a British retailer, went viral recently. The conversation claims that Argos confirmed that the pre-orders for GTA 6 may start from December 12 for select Xbox Series and PlayStation devices.

However, Rockstar Universe debunked this fake news by reaching out to the UK retailer. Away from the earlier claims, the screenshot turned out to be mere imagination. While the news about the origin of the screenshot stands disputed, this has further added fuel to the flame of leaks around GTA 6.

The recent case is the latest example of why fans should take every detail on the internet with a pinch of salt. A reader must only trust information from official sources to be true. So, it is best to assume that the pre-order information shall be available after Rockstar Games releases the trailer of GTA 6.

Moreover, a user on X claims that the game developer is sending emails concerning the release of the upcoming GTA 6. However, the claim is controversial to date without any concrete evidence.
