Apple is gearing up for its annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC 2025), set to run from June 9 to June 13. As always, the event will kick off with a keynote from CEO Tim Cook—and this year, all eyes are on iOS 19 which Apple is expected to announce.
One of the standout features expected is Wi-Fi Login Sync. With this, users can log into a Wi-Fi portal on one Apple device and have that login information automatically sync across their iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It’s a small tweak, but one that should make connecting at hotels, offices, or gyms a lot more seamless.

Another potential game-changer is Live Translation for AirPods. If rumours are accurate, iOS 19 could allow real-time conversation translation directly through your AirPods. On the health front, Apple is reportedly bringing an AI-powered health coach to the mix, designed to offer personalised wellness and fitness advice based on user habits and data.
Big changes may also be coming to Apple’s software design language. Reports suggest a more powerful iPadOS experience that pushes it even closer to macOS in terms of functionality—driven by expanded Apple Intelligence features. Safari might also be getting an AI-focused overhaul, with Apple potentially preparing to ditch Google as its default search engine in favour of its own AI-based alternative.
Siri, too, is getting some long-overdue attention. The voice assistant may soon be much smarter, with enhanced context awareness, the ability to work across apps, better on-screen recognition, and more. Apple’s long-rumoured large language model (LLM) is expected to play a big role in powering the new Siri as well as third-party AI integrations.
While the rollout timeline for all these features hasn’t been confirmed, it’s likely that Apple will introduce them gradually. For now, all eyes are on June 9—when Apple’s WWDC 2025 kicks off and the company finally shows what it’s been working on behind the scenes.
