Apple is said to be planning a fresh look for the iPhone 17 Pro line up. Leaker Majin Bu, backed by industry watcher Sonny Dickson, claims the familiar Apple logo on the phone's rear will be moved lower on the shell, the first shift in placement since the iPhone 11.

Repositioning Driven by Design Changes

Along with the logo change, the MagSafe coil is rumoured to be redesigned so that it runs in a ring around the new logo location. Sources think the move is needed because the rear camera bulge on the iPhone 17 Pro is expected to grow, forcing other parts inside and outside to be realigned.

Limited to iPhone 17 Pro Models?

As it stands, the repositioned logo and new coil design are thought to be exclusive to the iPhone 17 Pro phones. Details on whether the standard iPhone 17 or the predicted iPhone 17 Air will get the same look have not yet leaked.

Source of the Leak

The information comes from suppliers on the assembly line who sometimes get blueprints before final builds start, and it lines up with the mock-ups Dickson posted online. That said, were still early in the schedule, and specs can change right up until Apple signs off on the hardware.

Although a moved logo and a fresh MagSafe coil layout could point to a wider rethink inside the iPhone 17 Pro, outsiders still havent seen official nods, so the rumors deserve healthy skepticism. Because Apple usually trials several test models before settling on one, new leaks over the coming months should add sharper detail.
