Jio has been facing network issues in several areas. Many users in Delhi-NCR and Noida have reported that Jio Mobile Internet and Network were down. These widespread reports indicate a technical error affecting Jio's infrastructure. Even Airtel’s services were also affected with a huge disruption. The disruption caused considerable inconvenience and frustration for users who rely on their mobile services for communication, work, and essential online activities.
Jio Services Affected in Delhi-NCR, Some Metro Cities Including Delhi
According to the reports, these complaints started around 3:30PM. The issues were not limited to one city. Users from metro cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and other cities have reported the outage via the online platform X (formerly Twitter).

Reports also suggest that the outages were split across various Jio services: 33% of users were facing issues on Jio Fiber broadband, 54% were facing issues with mobile internet, and 13% of users reported a complete signal loss.

There are several users who have reported the outage in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, And Other region. People are facing Internet connectivity issues, call issues and several services are out.
