Out of the affected users who reported the problem, nearly half of the users reported problems of 'No Signal'. Nearly 33 per cent of issues were linked to mobile internet and the rest concerned Jio's broadband and entertainment service. Several users took to X to share reactions and report issues on the network. Apart from the internet, some users reported issues while making calls.
"Jio was down for 30 minutes and I thought the world was gonna end," a user said. "All of sudden #jio network gone. What happened @JioCare?" a user questioned. "My Jio AirFiber is down for more than a hour now, when will this be fixed," another user said. Jio's support handle - @JioCare also responded to a few complaints of users. Here are a few reactions.

Jio Down Update: 08:15 PM
The service disruption graph on Downdetector has subsided to a significant level. Reports on X of a significant outage have also decreased. However, some users continue to complain about the issues affecting their JioFiber connection. It seems problems related to mobile internet and signals have subsided. Hence, users can continue to witness service improvements.
