"Jio was down for 30 minutes and I thought the world was gonna end," a user said. "All of sudden #jio network gone. What happened @JioCare?" a user questioned. "My Jio AirFiber is down for more than a hour now, when will this be fixed," another user said. Jio's support handle - @JioCare also responded to a few complaints of users. Here are a few reactions.
