Jio Recharge Plan: Reliance is the biggest private telecom service provider in India, and it comes with various plans for its customers and others planning to make a switch. One such plan that users can go for is the Rs 579 recharge pack. This plan comes with medium-term validity; for people who are not looking for a long-term commitment, this plan lands perfectly in a spot where it is budget-friendly with ample benefits. Although users must note that this does not have a 5G data bundle, that is something that not everyone is looking out for. So let's take a detailed look at Jio's plan.

Jio Rs 579 Plan Details

If you are looking for a mid-range prepaid option, the Rs 579 plan from Reliance Jio offers a mix of data and calling benefits. The plan comes with 56 days of validity, during which users get unlimited voice calling, 1.5GB of data per day, and 100 SMS daily.

Beyond the standard telecom benefits, this plan also includes access to JioTV and JioAICloud. One of the major highlights, however, is the 18-month Google Gemini AI Pro subscription, which the company says is worth Rs 35,100 and is being offered at no additional cost with the plan.

As with most daily data packs, there is a fair usage policy in place. Once the 1.5GB daily data limit is used up, internet speeds drop to 64 Kbps for the rest of the day. Jio also notes that users must stay on a 1.5GB per day plan priced at Rs 299 or above if they want to continue using the Google Gemini offer.

Apart from the Rs 579 plan, Jio also has other prepaid offerings as well that come with 1.5GB of data per day. The one plan to look out for in the most affordable category is the Rs 239 plan, which comes with 22 days of validity. It includes unlimited voice calls, 100 SMS per day, and the same 1.5GB daily data allowance.

However, unlike the higher-value plans, the Rs 239 pack does not include the Google Gemini subscription. That offer is currently limited to select premium plans.

For users who want more choices in the same data category, Jio also offers plans priced at Rs 299, Rs 319, Rs 329, Rs 666, and Rs 889. At the moment, though, the company does not have any plan that offers 1.5GB of daily data with a full one-year validity.
