Life is Strange Reunion Game: Good news for players who are into adventure-driven games that combine interactive drama with decision-making, exploration and emotional character development, as Life is Strange: Reunion has been announced by Square Enix. This is probably the final chapter of the Max and Chloe saga that fans have enjoyed throughout the Life is Strange series. Slated to debut on March 26, 2026, the latest edition will be available across platforms like PC (Steam and Microsoft Store), PS5, and Xbox Series S/X. This latest edition will focus on bringing back Max Caulfield and Chloe Price together, who had previously featured together in Life is Strange: Before the Storm.

Life is Strange: Reunion Pricing, Availability, Pre-orders and Editions.
The latest edition will be available in Standard Edition, Deluxe Edition, Collector's Edition and a Twin Pack that comes with Life is Strange: Double Exposure. The standard edition will cost $39.99, the Deluxe will cost $49.99, and the Twin Pack $59.99.
The costliest is the Collector's Edition that comes with the full game, a collector's goods box, guitar plectrums, a 12" vinyl soundtrack, a slipmat, art cards, and a poster and will be priced at $99.99. The game is currently up for pre-orders on Steam.
The official announcement comes after a leak on the PEGI ratings website that revealed the title and the premise of the game.
Story Line
Square Enix has teased a little glimpse of the trailer, which sheds some light on how the gameplay would look in Life is Strange: Reunion. Developed by Deck Nine, the game is slated to take place at Caledon University, walking on the same path as Life is Strange: Double Exposure, which was released in 2024.
Max and Chloe are both dual protagonists. Firstly, Max, who is a photography teacher, must use her powers that can rewind time to save the university from a devastating fire. Here's when Chloe enters the stage. Both the characters reunite for the last time to prevent the disaster from taking place. This latest edition will be an ending to the Max and Chloe chronicle.
Both protagonists will be playable
This time both the protagonists will be playable; much like other games that are introducing themselves, this is becoming a more common occurrence. Both the characters' special powers and abilities will be put to the test simultaneously. For instance, with Max's power to rewind, you will be able to redo one of your crucial decisions, as well as manipulate the environment to solve puzzles; similarly, Chloe can be utilised for her set of abilities.
Square Enix has expressed that “This game builds on all the character-led, grounded storytelling for which the LIFE IS STRANGE series is known, with meaningful choices that affect the outcome of a dramatic and surprising narrative – all culminating in an epic climax that serves as a finale to the Max and Chloe saga., ”.
