Google Pixel 9 Pro XL Leaks: Google is rumoured to launch four new Pixel smartphones at its Made By Google event in a few days. While the lineup is confirmed to include the Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro Fold, the vanilla Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro XL are rumoured to tag along. In the latest series of leaks around the XL model, the specifications and pricing details of the device were leaked online.

Pixel 9 Pro XL Specifications (Expected)

According to X user (@MysteryLupin), the handset could include a 6.8-inch OLED screen (2992 x 1344 resolution) with 3,000nits peak brightness and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. Under the hood, the smartphone will likely sport a Tensor G4 chipset with Titan M2 security chip. It could sport 16GB RAM and 128GB ROM with more storage options. The tipster noted the Android 15 update will likely follow later on the device.

Pixel 9 Pro XL could run on Android 14 out of the box. It will likely follow the tradition of the Pixel 8 series' update cycles of seven years. Buyers can expect a 5,060mAh battery with 45W charging support. As for the cameras, the handset is tipped to sport a 50MP main, 48MP ultrawide and 48MP telephoto sensor on the rear and a 42MP selfie lens.

Coming to AI, it will likely get a host of Gemini AI features, such as Reimagine to morph objects and a Weather app with AI summaries and costume tips. Moreover, the Screenshot Search could scan for information into a user's screenshot library. Other features may include Pixel Studio and Pixel Screenshots.

Pixel 9 Pro XL Price (Expected)

As for the pricing, the Pixel 9 Pro XL could have a starting price of $1,099 (roughly Rs 92,250) for the base trim. The 256GB version may cost $1,199 (about Rs 1,00,600). Plus, 512GB and 1TB trims may also launch alongside. The Pixel 9 Pro XL, as a part of the Pixel 9 series, will likely launch on August 14 in India.
