Microsoft Bing, Copilot Down: Bing and Copilot AI are reportedly facing an outage. The users are not able to access the search engine and AI-powered features. If the users are trying to open the https://bing.com, they are getting the message that it is a technical error, ‘It’s not you, it’s us’. Not only that, plenty of users also reported that they were logged out of their accounts.

The outage is reportedly due to the Bing API issues. All the platforms which depends on Bing API are unable to load or intermittently responding. 

According to Downdetector, hundreds of users in India, the US and other countries are reportedly facing problems in using the Bing and AI-powered features including the Copilot, Bing Image Creator and more. Out of the reports, over 55 per cent have reported problems with the website, 30 per cent with the search and 5 per cent with the login.

"We're investigating an issue where users may be unable to access the Microsoft Copilot service. We're working to isolate the cause of the issue. More information can be found in the admin center under CP795190," the company stated on X.

“It's not you, it's us. Bing isn't available right now, but everything should be back to normal very soon,” the search engine notified us when we tried to use it.

Other platforms like DuckDuckGO which depends on Bing API seems to be facing some disruptions as well. According to Downdetector, the users are unable to use the search engine. Thousands of users across different countries have reported disruptions. It seems to be affecting many countries including India and the US. Not only that, the ChatGPT search features are also not working properly.

Over 2,000 users reported problems with the search engine in the US while flagging major problems with the search results. Hundreds of users in India also reported the same issues.
