Microsoft which has been integrating artificial intelligence into all of its services has now announced that it would soon be introducing new AI-based shopping tools in Bing and Edge so that users can shop and save with a hassle-free approach.

Buying Guide

The Buying Guide instructs visitors on what to look for in each category, provides product recommendations, and arranges the specs of several, comparable items in a clever comparative table so that customers can rapidly compare possibilities without having to visit various websites.

Review Summaries Feature

When choosing a product, the 'Review Summaries' tool offers suggestions for factors to take into account. Users would be able to ask questions about the basic overview via Bing Chat in the Edge prior to finishing the product, and it would present a set of reviews regarding what customers are saying about the product.

Price Comparison And Price History

The built-in browser features "Price Comparison" and "Price History" aid in ensuring that consumers are making purchases at the appropriate time and location. Additionally, Edge enables customers to shop online with rewards and coupons automatically applied, all within Bing Chat.

"Our Price Match feature continues to work for you, even after your purchase, by monitoring the item's price and assisting you in requesting a match if it drops," the tech giant said.

"Price Match will be available in the United States soon. Price History, Price Comparison, Coupons, Cashback, and Package Tracking are currently accessible in some areas and embedded into Edge," according to the company.

Package Tracking Feature

Users don't need to search through their inbox for shipping confirmations and tracking numbers because the 'Package Tracking' function will keep track of the transaction from the Edge sidebar.

Microsoft AI Shop Availability

Currently available in the US, this Bing product will eventually be made available in other regions as well. The global rollout of the Edge Buying Guide has begun.
