Minecraft price drop on Google Play Store: A popular game developed by Mojang has announced a price cut on the Google Play Store, the marketplace for Android users. For those unaware, the game has sold more copies than the Grand Theft Auto 5 in the world. Usually, the game is available at Rs 960 on the Play Store and is now listed for download for just Rs 29.
What Is Minecraft:
The game basically puts the players into a pixelated 3D world where they are required to collect the raw materials, and craft tools in order to make different structures and machinery. Not only that, the players can play different modes including the survival mode, creative mode and spectator mode. It also gets a battle royale mode, much like Krafton’s BGMI.
Despite the lack of a storyline or set objectives, the game remains the best-selling title. It could be because the game allows users to do whatever they want, such as building structures or exploring the boundless universe.
Minecraft's land area is 60,000 kilometres by 60,000 kilometres, four times larger than Earth's. It also includes the Build the Earth project, which allows users to reconstruct the entire globe within the game.
Minecraft Availability:
The game is accessible for PC, mobile, and console gamers, and it includes multiplayer modes in which the player can invite up to ten friends with the Realms pass. However, if you play with an Xbox Live account, the number of participants is limited to four.
Minecraft Price:
On the Play Store, the open-world game Minecraft is available at Rs 29. There’s no official word if the company will increase the price later.
