Samsung BKC: South Korean tech giant Samsung announced the launch of its first 'Online-to-Offline (O2O) lifestyle store' at Jio World Plaza mall, Mumbai on Tuesday. Spanning across 8,000 sq ft, the outlet is divided into eight dedicated zones to serve a range of customers. These include tech gadgets buyers, home appliance consumers and service center-related queries for a resolution if you face any problem with a premium Samsung offering.
Located in the business nucleus of Bandra Kurla Complex, the store showcases the premium products of the brand via personalised experience and real-life demos. The company has adequately focused on 2023's buzzword - AI during the demo as it flaunted the connected ecosystem of its devices. Jagran English experienced a range of products including AI-charged smartphones to tablets, laptops, TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, kitchen appliances and more at the event.

The company aims to intermingle the offline and online mix for buyers that includes the comfort of online shopping and reliable in-person assistance at official stores. While the products can be delivered across the country, Mumbai residents can take advantage of buying the product from Samsung's website and pick up the order from Samsung BKC in the next two hours. Apart from the exclusive shades of the S24 lineup, the company will also offer 'free first-of-its-kind gen AI enabled personalisation' on the latest handsets. The pre-bookings for the Galaxy S24 series are now live at the BKC store.
Samsung will also offer learning workshops via the massive screen right at the centre and lifestyle zones of the round product showcase. These 'Learn @ Samsung' events and workshops will revolve around photography, videography, digital art, cooking, fitness, music and more. At the Creator’s Workshop, users can customise their mobile covers.
