Motorola has launched a new addition to its Edge line of smartphones, dubbed the Moto Edge 70. This is a cutting-edge device intended for photography connoisseurs and power users in general. The new device is running Android 16 out of the box, is backed by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, and has a 5,000 mAh battery.

The Edge 70 comes with a 6.7-inch AMOLED/ pOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, 1.5K resolution, as well as a maximum brightness of 4500 nits, all of which are shielded with the use of Corning Gorilla Glass 7i material, with an extremely slim edge design which not only looks premium but also provides comfort to the user.

AI Photography Capabilities for Each Shot

Motorola’s strategy of making AI central to its phones through features such as:

All of these features are also useful in taking high-quality images and videos without making an effort. In addition, photo retouching and other modifications using AI tools like Magic Eraser, Photo Unblur, Magic Editor, and Pantone SkinTone Validation from Google Photos are easier and more accurate.

Camera

The cameras feature a triple 50MP setup and come with OIS, an ultra-wide 120-degree lens, and a third 50MP sensor for the cameras. For selfie enthusiasts, there’s a 50MP front-facing camera with 4K video recording capability at 60fps. There are stereo speakers and USB Type-C for audio playback.

With the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 (4nm) processor, combined with the Adreno 722 GPU, and the presence of 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, help create an experience that boasts seamless multitasking.

It has an IP68/IP69 rating for water and dust resistance and also supports MIL-STD-810H military standards for durability. Its battery life has been backed by TurboPower charging with a rate of 68W and also supports wireless charging of 15W.

Moto Edge 70 is offered in Pantone Lily Pad, Pantone Gadget Grey, and Pantone Bronze Green, providing consumers with options for style and performance.

It is priced at Rs 29,999. There is also an additional discount available in the form of Rs 1,000 from the bank. It is available on Flipkart as well as on Motorola.
