Soon after ending password sharing in India and some other countries, popular video streaming platform Netflix has now introduced an all-new personalised tab for Android and iOS so that users will have a better option to choose what they want to watch.

According to a recent blog post by Netflix, the new ‘My Netflix’ tab is rolling out for Apple users and it will be available for Android users next month. The company aims to offer a one-stop solution with shortcuts to help users make better choices.

“Users can view their downloads, TV shows and movies they've liked, shows and movies they've added to their lists, trailers they've watched, reminders they've set, whatever they're currently watching, what they've recently watched, and more in this new dedicated space,” said the company.

"When you're on the go, head straight to My Netflix, where you can quickly select something you've saved or downloaded to watch," the firm stated.

Users can still explore the Home tab and other areas of the app to view the complete selection of TV shows and flicks. Users will see more content under the My Netflix page as they engage with Netflix more and let it know what they prefer.

Meanwhile, the company has also updated the profile transfer feature and now allows users to migrate from one shared account to their own account (Paid) with all the data including history, downloads, and more. It will also transfer personalised recommendations, viewing history, My List, saved games and more to the new account.

Netflix is also witnessing a surge in revenue as it has announced password sharing to over 100 countries, which has over 80 per cent user base.
