Vivo has brought the S2 FE to India, and there is one feature that immediately sets the new 5G smartphone apart: its 10,000mAh battery. The phone supports 44W wired charging and is powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 7300e 5G processor.
The S2 FE comes with up to 8GB of RAM, and for the display, it gets a 6.83-inch AMOLED panel. The panel has a 1.5K resolution and runs at 120Hz. Vivo is offering the handset in three colour options in the Indian market.

Vivo S2 FE Price In India, Sale Date And Offers
The S2 FE starts at Rs. 38,999 for the version with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The 8GB RAM variant, which also has 128GB storage, is priced at Rs. 42,999.
There are three finishes to choose from: Stellar Green, Titan Black and Zen White. Sales will begin on October 20 via Flipkart, Amazon, the Vivo India website and other retail outlets.
Vivo is also giving buyers a few introductory benefits. Customers can claim either a 10 per cent instant cashback or a 10 per cent exchange bonus. The phone comes with 100GB of Google One storage at no additional cost, while V-Shield screen damage protection is available with a discount of up to 40 per cent.
Vivo S2 FE Specifications
The S2 FE's 6.83-inch AMOLED Q10+ screen has a resolution of 1,260x2,800 pixels and supports a 120Hz refresh rate. With a pixel density of 449ppi, the display can reach up to 2,000 nits in HBM mode, according to Vivo.
The processing hardware includes the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 7300e 5G chipset. For RAM and storage variants It gets 6GB or 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM, while the phone comes with 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage options.
Photography is handled by a pair of cameras on the rear. The main camera uses a 50-megapixel Sony IMX852 sensor, accompanied by a 2-megapixel bokeh camera. For selfies and video calls, you get a 32-megapixel camera.
Vivo has also focused on durability. The S2 FE carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. A 3,800-square-millimetre vapour chamber is included to help manage heat inside the phone.
On the connectivity front, the handset supports 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, USB Type-C and OTG. Satellite and positioning systems supported by the phone include GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, Galileo and QZSS. The sensor setup includes an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, e-compass and gyroscope.

That 10,000mAh battery is easily the phone's biggest talking point. Vivo claims it can manage up to 68 hours of calling on a single charge, while TikTok playback can reportedly continue for up to 30 hours.

The large battery does add some weight to the phone, which weighs around 225 grams. Its dimensions are 163.9x76.5x8.69mm.
The device also runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. Indian buyers will be able to get their hands on the phone from October 20.
