Nothing has widened its product family with the debut of the Nothing Headphone 1, which launched alongside the flagship Nothing Phone 3. While the smartphone stole the spotlight at the Come to Play event, the over-ear headphones turned heads with their clear casing and premium sound quality. At ₹21,999 in India, the device marks the brand's first venture into the over-ear segment and the opening product of its partnership with KEF, the acclaimed British audio house.
Here's a closer look at what the Nothing Headphone 1 brings to audiophiles and style-minded listeners.
Signature Transparent Design with Premium Build
Staying true to its ethos, the Headphone 1 features clear earcups that let users peek at the inner tech. The headband combines aluminium for strength with PU memory foam for comfort, making the set light yet rugged enough for marathon sessions. This bold industrial look gives the headphones an unmistakable visual personality.

That kind of stamina suits daily commuters as well as frequent travellers who dread the thought of reaching for a charger between flights.

Launching alongside the headphones is the new Nothing X app, designed to provide full control over the audio experience.
App Features:
- 8-band Custom EQ: Tailor sound profile to personal preference.
- Button Customisation: Assign playback and function controls.

Final Thoughts
The Nothing Headphone 1 blends great sound, all-day battery life, and a look that is both handy and artful. Its hybrid ANC, spatial audio, and KEF tuning give it serious clout in the high-end headphone game. When paired with the fresh Nothing X app and the Phone 3s AI tools, it offers the kind of linked experience many rivals still miss. For anyone after deep, rich audio in a head-turning package, Nothing's newest release is worth a listen.
There are some issues that we found in our usage of these headphones. It has some connectivity issues, like while switching from multiple devices, changing audio modes from ANC to normal is quite difficult. Even the in-ear detection feature was not as smooth as you would expect, and sometimes it just doesn’t work. Also, the Spatial audio is not as expected. However, these are the issues that can be fixed via the update from brand.
