Samsung, a popular South Korean technology giant has introduced a new Samsung Wallet application for users which is capable of doing a lot of new features. Now the Galaxy smartphone can conveniently access all their essential Digital IDs, including Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, and Vehicle Registration Certificate, directly from their smartphones. Furthermore, Samsung Wallet allows users to securely store their Co-WIN vaccination certificates, adding a layer of convenience and safety in the current pandemic scenario.
Samsung Wallet New Features:
The newly introduced Samsung Wallet merges and enhances the existing features of Samsung Pay and Samsung Pass on Galaxy smartphones. With these exciting updates, users can now enjoy a seamless Tap and Pay experience for cards, UPI payments, and bill payments.

The platform also offers a range of travel and mobility features, allowing users to recharge and check their FASTag account, store flight boarding passes, and access a complete solution for train tickets, including booking, saving tickets, and checking train status, among other functionalities.
Better Document Management For Users:
Alongside the four Digital IDs mentioned above, users will have access to over 2,000 other IDs and documents, making it an all-inclusive solution for their digital life. Samsung also claims that it will be safe as the data will not be shared outside.
Bill Payments:
Samsung Wallet ensures maximum convenience by allowing users to access UPI, bill payments, Digital IDs, travel and mobility documents, FASTag, gift cards, coupons, and much more with just a simple swipe-up gesture, directly from the off-screen, lock screen, or home screen on their Galaxy smartphones.
Samsung Wallet Security:
Samsung Pay's integration with Samsung Wallet gives consumers a simple and secure payment experience, while Samsung Pass provides quick identity management with biometric verification for accessing apps and services.
Users can be confident that their data is safe with Samsung Knox and biometric authentication, even if their phone is lost. The Secure Element incorporated in Samsung Wallet provides an additional layer of protection against digital and physical hacking.
