OnePlus Summer Event 2024: Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus has announced the date of its OnePlus Summer Launch Event 2024. The phone maker will unveil four new devices at the showcase including the OnePlus Nord 4, OnePlus Pad 2, OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Pro and OnePlus Watch 2R on July 16, 06:30 PM IST. Apart from the devices, the manufacturer has not confirmed any major details about these devices.

However, the rumour mill has managed to churn out the information about the upcoming gadgets. Here are the details to know.

OnePlus Nord 4 5G

OnePuls has teased a metal design for the device in its marketing material. As per leaks, the handset could arrive with a 6.74-inch 1.5K OLED 120Hz screen. Under the hood, it may sport a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset and run on Android 14-based latest OxygenOS. A 5,500mAh battery with 100W wired charging support may sit on the device. As for the optics, the device could offer a 50MP main + 8MP ultrawide rear and a 16MP selfie shooter. The phone is expected to carry a starting price of around Rs 32,000 in India.

OnePlus Pad 2

According to tipster Ishan Agarwal, the flagship tablet (rebranded version of the Chinese OnePlus Pad Pro) from OnePlus may offer a 12.1-inch 3K IPS 144Hz screen with 900nits peak brightness. The Pad 2 is tipped to run on Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and may house a 9,510mAh battery with 67W charging. It could offer a 13MP rear and an 8MP front camera. The OnePlus Stylo 2, Smart Keyboard and a Folio case may tag along as accessories.

OnePlus Watch 2R

The upcoming smartwatch from OnePlus could offer a 1.43-inch AMOLED screen. Rumoured to be a rebranded version of the Watch 2R, it may run on a Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 processor and offer 2GB RAM, according to 91Mobiles. The global version could run on Wear OS and offer 5ATM and IP68 ratings. Plus, Bluetooth 5.3 and a 500mAh battery are tipped on the device.

OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Pro

While not many details are known about the upcoming TWS, it may offer 12.4mm dynamic drivers and ANC. Lastly, readers should note that OnePlus has not confirmed the specifications of any of these devices. Hence, the details in the report must be read with a pinch of salt.
