OPPO has launched the OPPO F23 5G in India as the latest addition to the 'F' series smartphones. The Chinese phone maker has priced the handset in the Rs 25,000 price bracket which makes it a direct competitor to the Realme 10 Pro Plus 5G (with a curved display) among other mobiles.

OPPO F23 5G Specifications
OPPO F23 5G packs a 6.72-inch FHD+ LTPS LCD display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The screen has a resolution of 2400x1080p and a screen-to-body ratio of 91.4 per cent. For immersive multimedia consumption, the phone packs stereo speakers and Ultra Volume Mode 2.0.
Under the hood, the phone packs a Snapdragon Kryo 600 CPU and Adreno 619 GPU for performance. Speaking of memory, the F23 comes with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. Additionally, a user can add up to 8GB of virtual RAM and expand storage up to 1 TB. As for software, it runs on ColorOS 13.1. The OS comes with features like Screen Translate, Auto Pixelate and 5-Grade Access Controls.
It has a 5000mAh battery with 67W SUPERVOOC charging. Moving to optics, the phone houses a 64MP primary camera, a 2MP mono sensor and a 40X 2MP microscope lens with LED flash. On the front, it boasts a 32MP selfie camera inside the centre punch hole. Features in the camera UI include Portrait, Nightscape, Slo-mo, Dual-view video, Pro, Microscope and more.
As for connectivity, the handset comes with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, a headphone jack and a USB Type-C port. For security, it comes with a fingerprint reader and face unlock.

The OPPO F23 5G has a starting price of Rs 24,999 on the official website and Amazon India. A user can pre-order the phone from the stated channels now. It is available in two colour options - Bold Gold and Cool Black.
