Oppo Reno 14 Launch: Finally, after weeks of rumours and leaks, Oppo has confirmed that the Reno 14 series is coming to India. Although the company has not announced the launch date as yet, the "Coming Soon" indication on its website suggests that the launch is imminent. The global launch is also anticipated to happen simultaneously.

Two Models, Familiar Design

The Reno 14 series will consist of two smartphones: the standard Reno 14 and the Reno 14 Pro. Both have already been released in China, so the Indian offerings should retain most of the same specifications and features.

The Reno 14 has also been teased in a green colour variant and comes with a triple-camera system accommodated in a square-shaped island. The design comprises two prominent round modules and a third sensor in a pill-like shape, as well as an LED flash at the rear.

Reno 14 Expected Specs

The vanilla Reno 14 should also come with a 6.59-inch FHD+ screen at a 120Hz refresh rate, and it will be covered by Oppo's Crystal Shield Glass. In the engine department, it should be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processor and carry a big 6,000 mAh battery with support for 80W Super Flash Charge.

As far as photography is concerned, the Reno 14 may pack a 50 MP main camera with OIS, a 50 MP telephoto sensor, and an 8 MP ultra-wide lens. On the front, a 50 MP front-facing camera can be anticipated.

Reno 14 Pro: Additional Power, Increased Screen

The Pro model could raise the stakes with a 6.83-inch 1.5K OLED screen, once again with the 120 Hz refresh rate. The chipset could be the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 processor, accompanied by up to 16GB of RAM. The camera system could feature three 50 MP sensors—primary, ultra-wide, and telephoto—at the back.

Battery life also receives an upgrade on the Pro variant, with a 6,200 mAh battery anticipated. Both handsets are set to come with Android 15 pre-installed.

Launch Timeline

While Oppo hasn't officially given a date, the Reno 14 and Reno 14 Pro should release in India in the first week of July. With such specifications, the Reno 14 series appears set to aggressively compete in the mid-premium segment.
