Poco has announced that its recently launched Poco M7 Plus will soon be available in a new 4GB RAM Limited Edition Variant in India. The company says this edition is being introduced “in response to the strong consumer demand for an even more affordable performance-driven smartphone.”

Availability and Sale Timeline

The new 4GB RAM model will be sold exclusively on Flipkart starting September 23, 2025. Early access begins a day earlier for Flipkart Black and Plus members. While Poco has not revealed its price or storage configuration yet, the existing lineup gives some clues.

The 6GB/128GB model is currently available at ₹13,499 and the 8GB/128GB version comes at ₹14,499. The 4GB Limited Edition should come even cheaper and focus on making it more cost-effective to purchase.

Performance and Software

Despite its new affordable positioning, the Poco M7 Plus 4GB model retains the same hardware DNA as its siblings. The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 SoC, coupled with Android 15-based HyperOS 2. Storage remains at 128GB, expandable up to 2TB via microSD, ensuring that users don’t have to compromise on capacity.

Display and Design

The Poco M7 Plus’s 6.9-inch FullHD+ LCD has a refresh rate of 144Hz which is one of the best in the game for this price segment, it also makes so that your display looks smoother than before! It is also IP64 rated for dust and splash proof, has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and comes in Aqua Blue, Carbon Black and Chrome Silver colors.

Battery and Charging

One of the main attractions is its 7,000 mAh Si/C battery size that makes it huge for its class. The device is backed by a 33W wired fast charging support and an 18W reverse wired charger, which will enable the phone to act as a power bank for other devices.

Cameras

In terms of camera, the Poco M7 Plus gets a 50MP primary sensor on the back and another 8MP selfie shooter at the front. The configuration is well balanced for overall use and social networking.

Conclusion

The launch of 4GB RAM Limited Edition Variant will further extend M7 Plus accessibility to a wider user base across India. For starters, the M7 Plus is quite unique within the mid-ranged segment given Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 processing power, a capable display and an impressive battery capacity of 7,000 mAh. The new entry level model should probably bring the entry price even lower, letting budget buyers dive into the full-feature ecosystem.

Whether this move helps Poco capture a larger market share will depend on its final pricing — but if it lands below the ₹12,000 mark, the Poco M7 Plus (4GB) could become one of the most competitive budget-performance smartphones of 2025.
