Realme 15 Pro 5G: Realme is finally set to launch the highly anticipated Realme 15 Pro 5G in India on July 24, accompanied by its vanilla sibling, the Realme 15 5G. Although the launch is near, the company has already begun teasing the major features of the new devices — and now camera specs of the Pro model have been officially confirmed.

Flagship Camera Capabilities

As per Realme, the 15 Pro 5G will have a triple camera setup at the back, led by a 50-megapixel Sony IMX896 sensor. Significantly, the primary lens will have optical image stabilisation (OIS) to provide better clarity and steadiness in low-light or hand-trembling situations. Another point to note is that the phone will record 4K video at 60 frames per second on both the rear and front cameras — a huge boost for creators.

Realme also boasts significant upgrades over its predecessor, saying that the 15 Pro 5G will provide 4 times sharper zoom and 2 times smoother transitions than the Realme 14 Pro 5G. Software-wise, the camera will have the improved AI MagicGlow 2.0, which is said to boost skin tones for a more natural appearance in portraits.

 

AI-Powered Editing and Party Mode

The Realme 15 5G line will also feature a couple of new AI-based features to further improve user experience. There's AI Edit Genie, a voice-activated editing assistant that can understand more than 20 languages. Then there's AI Party Mode, which detects scenes in real time and automatically adjusts shutter speed, contrast, and saturation to suit the mood — great for taking party photos without adjusting settings manually.

Performance and Battery

Under the hood, the phone will be driven by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor. Realme is also highlighting features such as GT Boost 3.0 and Gaming Coach 2.0 to provide a stable 120 fps gaming experience. The 15 Pro 5G will also feature a huge 7,000 mAh battery and come bundled with 80 W fast charging support for rapid top-ups. With the large battery, the phone is surprisingly thin at only 7.69 mm.

Availability and Colour Options

The Realme 15 Pro 5G and the entry-level Realme 15 5G will go on sale in India on July 24 at 7 PM IST. Both the phones will be up for grabs on Flipkart as well as Realme's official website. The customers can opt for four new vibrant colours: Flowing Silver, Silk Pink, Silk Purple, and Velvet Green.
