Realme GT 7 Launch Update: Realme’s upcoming GT 7 is officially on its way to India. While the launch date is still under wraps, the brand has started teasing some of the key highlights—starting with its colour options and unique cooling tech.
A First in Thermal Tech: IceSense Graphene
In a press release on Wednesday, Realme revealed that the GT 7 will be offered in two finishes: IceSense Blue and IceSense Black. But what really sets this phone apart is the introduction of IceSense Graphene—described as the industry’s first thermal solution based on graphene. This next-gen material reportedly has thermal conductivity up to 10 times better than standard graphite film and has been used on both the display and back panel for better heat management.

To go a step further, the phone also features what Realme calls “Skin-Touch Temperature Control”. It’s designed to adapt to ambient conditions, keeping the phone cool during hot days and comfortably warm in cold settings.
Gaming-Friendly Frame and Grip
Realme has confirmed that the GT 7 uses an indium laser-etched frame with a metallic texture, giving it a premium feel. The back panel also features the brand’s Pro-Gaming Coating, which is said to offer an anti-slip grip and a skin-friendly touch, ideal for extended usage.
Previously Launched in China
The Realme GT 7 made its debut in China last month at CNY 2,599 (approximately Rs. 30,400) for the 12GB + 256GB variant. Now, it’s gearing up to enter the Indian market soon.
Flagship-Level Performance
Under the hood, the GT 7 runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset and features a 6.78-inch full-HD+ OLED display with a smooth 144Hz refresh rate. Photography is handled by a 50-megapixel dual-camera system at the rear and a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies. It also boasts an IP69 rating, making it resistant to dust and water, and includes a 7,700mm² VC cooling chamber for enhanced thermal control during intense use.
Powering the phone is a 7,200 mAh battery, backed by 100 W fast wired charging, promising speedy recharges despite its massive capacity.
