Realme Pad 2 To Launch In India With 120Hz 2K Display On July 19; Expected Specifications

JE Technology Desk: After announcing the Realme Narzo 60 series, the company is all set to launch the Realme C53 smartphone in India on July 19, but we have a bigger update. The Chinese smartphone maker will also launch the Realme Pad 2 on the same date, the Flipkart microsite claims. Apart from the release date, the listing also gave us hints at the specifications of the upcoming tablet.

The big screen will come with a quad-speaker setup and a USB Type-C port, as visible in the images shared in the listing. On the dual-tone back, a round camera module is present. To give you a detailed overview, here are the specifications and expected price of the upcoming Pad 2.

Realme Pad 2 Specifications (Expected)

Pad 2's 11.5-inch display will have a 120Hz refresh rate and a 2K (2000 x 1200) screen resolution for sharp texts. The refresh rate will be variable with the option to switch between 40Hz, 60Hz and 120Hz. It will have a screen-to-body ratio of 85.2 per cent. The display will be a 10-bit panel with a colour production capacity of one billion. It will also have a peak brightness of up to 450 nits.

Moving to the expected specifications, the Realme Pad 2 may come with a Helio G99 CPU. It will likely run on Realme UI 4.0 based on Android 13. As for the memory, the big screen offering could sport 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. To power the internals, an 8360mAh battery that may support 33W charging could be present.

Realme Pad 2 Price And Sale Date (Expected)

Considering the specs sheet, we can speculate that the device could sit in the sub-Rs 18,000-20,000 price segment. Pad 2 will launch in India on July 19, 12 PM. It appeared in two colour options on the microsite: Green and Black. The Pad 2 will likely be available on Flipkart and via Realme's official channels for purchase.
