Redmi Note 13 Series: Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus, Redmi Note 13 Pro and Redmi Note 13 smartphones in China a few weeks ago. The models are yet to make an official global and Indian debut. And rumours have already flagged that the devices are in the process of receiving necessary certifications before launch.

In the latest move, after Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus, the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G has appeared on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certification portal, according to MySmartPrice. The development hints that the debut of the new series is due in the global market, which may happen soon.

The smartphone may have a 6.67-inch OLED 1.5K 12-bit screen with 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the handset could offer a 4nm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 CPU and Adreno 710 GPU. The phone may run on the latest MIUI 14 and will likely get the Xiaomi HyperOS update soon. The Note 13 Pro could have a 5,100mAh battery with 67W charging.

Speaking of optics, the 5G phone will likely have a 200MP primary, 8MP ultrawide and 2MP tertiary lens. A 16MP sensor may sit on the front. For secure authentication, it may boast an in-display fingerprint reader. For quick context, in China, the phone starts from 1,499 yuan (around Rs 17,500). The pricing could be similar in the global markets.

The phone is expected to debut in the global market in December or early January (similar to the expected India release). These models will likely be competitively priced, like its predecessor, the Redmi Note 12 series and sit in the midrange and premium midrange category.
