Samsung Galaxy F06 5G Launched in India: Samsung has introduced two new budget-friendly 5G smartphones in India—the Galaxy F16 5G and Galaxy F06 5G. Aimed at the entry-level 5G segment, both models come with high refresh rate displays, a 50MP primary camera, and long-term software support. Here’s a closer look at the Galaxy F06 5G, Samsung’s most affordable 5G offering.
Samsung Galaxy F06 5G: Features & Specifications
The Galaxy F06 5G features a 6.7-inch PLS LCD display with HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth scrolling and a better viewing experience. The screen also offers 800 nits of peak brightness, making it easy to use even under bright light.
Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. There’s also a microSD card slot for additional storage expansion.
On the software side, it runs Samsung’s One UI 7 based on Android 15. Samsung has committed to four years of OS and security updates, ensuring long-term usability. A 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging supports all-day usage without frequent recharging.
For photography, the phone is equipped with a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary sensor. An 8MP front camera handles selfies and video calls. Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a hybrid SIM slot, which allows for either dual SIM use or a SIM with a microSD card.

The Galaxy F06 5G is available in two variants:

6GB RAM + 128GB storage – ₹11,499
The phone will be available for purchase exclusively on Flipkart in two color options: Blue and Violet.
