Samsung, a popular South Korean technology company, has officially announced the launch date of Galaxy M34 5G on July 7 in India. The Galaxy M34 is one of the highly anticipated mid-range smartphones that is expected to carry a series of upgrades. Previously, the company shared a teaser highlighting some of the key elements of the smartphone.

Samsung Galaxy M34 5G is expected to get a 6.6-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate panel of 120 Hz which is a significant upgrade over Galaxy M33’s LCD display. Under the hood, the smartphone is expected to get a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 chipset along with up to 8 GB RAM and 256GB storage. The smartphone is confirmed to be backed by a 6000mAh battery with unspecified fast charging support. The smartphone is expected to run on Android 13-based OneUI skin.

Speaking of the optics, Galaxy M34 5G will feature a 50MP (OIS) No Shake Camera to shoot high-resolution and shake-free photos and videos. It will also get Monster Shot 2.0 feature that powers the AI Engines behind the camera and allows consumers to capture up to 4 videos and 4 photos in a single shot.

With the Galaxy M34 5G, the much-loved Nightography function from the flagship series is being made more approachable and offers specialised features for taking beautiful low-light pictures. The Fun Mode, which features 16 different built-in lens effects, will also be available on the Galaxy M34 5G, allowing millennial and Gen Z users to express themselves through their smartphone camera.

The smartphone will come in Blue and Purple colours, as per the teaser shared by the company. According to the report, the company is expected to introduce the mid-range smartphone under Rs 20k segment.
