Samsung Galaxy S23 FE, one of the most anticipated fan edition smartphones, is now teased and hints towards an imminent launch in the Indian market. However, the company has not confirmed the name of the upcoming smartphone’s name but the camera bump and the rear panel suggest that it is the Galaxy S23 FE.
Not only that, the South Korean tech giant in its caption has said “Epic moments are now closer than ever. Get ready to experience the new epic. Launching soon,” on the handles. For those unaware, Samsung has used the Epic Moments for the flagship Galaxy S23 series. The image also says ‘The New Epic’ is coming.
The smartphone has been in the buzz since the company dropped the plan to launch the last generation Galaxy S22 FE in the Indian market. The rumour mill has also predicted the specifications of the smartphone and here’s what we know so far.
Samsung Galaxy S23 FE Specifications (Expected):
Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is said to get a 6.3-inch FHD+ Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED Display with a refresh rate panel of 120 Hz. Under the hood, the smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset or an in-house Exynos 2200 processor with up to 8 GB RAM and up to 256 GB storage. It will run on Android 13-based OneUI 6 and will be backed by a 4500mAh with up to 25W fast charging support.
In terms of connectivity, the smartphone may get 5G SA/NSA, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6 802.11ax (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.2, GPS + GLONASS, USB 3.1, and NFC.
Speaking of the optics, the smartphone may get a 50 MP primary shooter with an optical image stabilisation and 12 MP ultra-wide sensor and an 8 MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom support. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone may get a 10 MP front camera.
No offical confirmation about the price have been made but the report suggest it will get a price tag of Rs 50,000.
