The South Korean technology company Samsung has finally unveiled its highly anticipated Galaxy S23 series including the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra at its Unpacked 2023 event, the first in-person event after Covid-19. As reported earlier, all the phones are powered by the Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. Additionally, Samsung has announced that it is offering the best ever camera experience with its next generation flagship phones.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Specifications:
The vanilla trim, Galaxy S23 gets a 6.1-inch display AMOLED display along with a 120 Hz refresh rate panel. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 paired with up to 8 GB LPDDR5 RAM and a massive battery pack of 3,900 mAh with fast charging support. The smartphone would run on OneUI 5.1 based on the latest Android 13 with UFS 4.0 storage support.
In terms of optics, the Samsung Galaxy S23 will feature a 50 MP primary shooter with optical image stabilisation and a 12 MP ultrawide lens with 10MP telephoto lens. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone gets a 12 MP front camera with up to 4K 60fps videos as well as dual-pixel autofocus.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus Specifications:
The mid-level model Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus gets a bigger 6.6-inch FHD+ display with a variable refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The same Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 will power the smartphone and will be paired with up to 8GB RAM and UFS 4.0 storage and will run on the OneUI 5.1-based Android 13. The device gets a massive battery pack of 4,700 mAh with fast charging support.
In terms of optics, the phone gets a 50 MP primary shooter along with a 12 MP ultrawide and 10 MP telephoto lens. For selfies and video calls, the Galaxy S23 Plus gets a 12 MP front camera with the same dual autofocus.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Specifications:
The top-notch Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will get a massive 6.8-inch QHD+ AMOLED 2X display with a refresh rate panel of 120 Hz. The Ultra trim is also powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset paired with up to 12 GB LPDDR6 RAM. The phone gets a UFS 4.1 storage of up to 1 TB and IP68 dust/water resistance (up to 1.5m for 30 mins), an armour aluminium frame with tougher drop and scratch resistance, and a Stylus. The phone also has a real-time Ray Tracing feature and a Vapor Cooling Chamber.
Additionally, the phone gets a fingerprint (under display, ultrasonic), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, and barometer sensors along with Samsung DeX, Samsung Wireless DeX (desktop experience support) Bixby natural language commands and dictation, Samsung Pay (Visa, MasterCard certified) and Ultra Wideband (UWB) support.
In terms of optics, the smartphone gets a huge 200 MP camera along with a 10 MP ultra-wide, 10 MP telephoto lens, and 10 MP periscope telephoto lens along with LED flash. For selfies, and video calls, the phone gets a 12 MP front camera.
Samsung Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+ And Galaxy S23 Ultra Price In India:
The Samsung Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, And Galaxy S23 Ultra make a debut with aaa storage trims. The Samsung Galaxy S23 would start from $799, the Galaxy S23 Plus costs $999, and the Galaxy S23 Ultra will cost $1,199.
Phantom Black, Cream, Green, and Lavender are the four colour options available with the Galaxy S23 series. Beginning on February 17, 2023, the devices will be sold by Samsung.com and other merchants.
The Phones are available for pre-booking and the company would start the delivery by February 17, 2023.
