JE Technology Desk: Samsung unveiled the new lineup of Odyssey OLED G9 Gaming Monitors in India on Friday. The company claims the Odyssey G95SC OLED has the world's first dual QHD OLED screen. The premium gaming displays are for power users looking for a big-screen experience without compromises.

Here is a specifications overview and price of the newly launched gaming monitors in India.

Samsung Odyssey OLED G9 Series Specifications

The displays of the Odyssey OLED G9 machines (G95SC and G93SC) measure 49 inches and have an aspect ratio of 32:9. Both the offerings come with dual QHD screen resolution (5,120 x 1,440) and an OLED panel that has a peak brightness of up to 250 nits.

The screen has a curvature of 1800R. To add to the durability and looks, the monitors have a metal frame and advanced CoreSync and Core Lighting+. For multimedia consumption, two 5W stereo speakers are present on each one of them.

Under the hood, the G95SC sports a Neo Quantum Processor Pro. Both machines have DisplayHDR True Black 400 for viewing HDR content. For impressive gaming, they offer 0.03ms response rates and 240Hz refresh rate. Both monitors come with AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and VESA Adaptive Sync. As for smart features, they bundle Smart TV Apps, Voice Assistant and IoT Hub.

They are offered in a single colour option: Silver Metal. As for ports, the monitors boast one display port, one HDMI 2.1, one Micro HDMI 2.1 and a USB Hub.

Samsung Odyssey OLED G95SC Price

The Samsung Odyssey OLED G95SC starts from Rs 1,99,999. You can buy the newly launched monitors from Samsung's official website, Amazon India, and other leading retail partners. To further sweeten the deal, buyers can claim Rs 3,500 discount via No Cost EMI transactions through leading Bank cards.

The company also highlighted the Odyssey G85SB monitor with a WQHD screen resolution and 175Hz refresh rate. "To meet the demands and expectations of even the most experienced gamers, we engineered the G9 series with cutting-edge technology and unrivaled features," said Puneet Sethi, Vice President, Consumer Electronics Enterprise Business of Samsung India. Sethi added that the series will "truly raise the bar for OLED Gaming" in the country.
