Samsung One UI 8 Beta: Now we all know that Samsung took its sweet time to roll out the Android 15-based One UI 7 update on its Galaxy devices, and after much delay, when the official roll-out began on April 7, 2025, it was faced with a critical bug that prompted the tech giant to halt the roll-out of its update.

The One UI 7 came with a few major design tweaks and brought some new features with it, and for now we can expect the update to roll out in its entirety to all Galaxy devices by June or July 2025.

Now that some Galaxy users are still waiting for a stable update to roll out on their devices, there is something that is creating a lot of buzz by Samsung, and that is the One UI 8 update. Samsung might soon be unveiling its One UI 8 Beta programme for the Galaxy S25 series.

With that said, the company recently has just made a landing page live for its flagship devices suggesting that a beta programme might just be around the corner.

According to a post on X (Twitter) by tipster @tarunvats33, the official One UI 8 beta forum page has been made; his post stated, "The official One UI 8.0 beta forum page has been created on Samsung's Community website. This means the beta program may open to the public in the coming days or weeks."

As of now, nothing is there that pops out and screams something about the One UI 8 software; it just seems like a preparation before the real beta program starts. One interesting thing to note is that there is no mention of Samsung's latest release, the S25 Edge, on the page, which might be included later.

Although no One UI 8 update has been shared by Samsung, Google recently announced that Android 16 will be making its way to Galaxy devices this summer, so we can expect some concrete details soon.
