iQOO is ready to bring its next big flagship, the iQOO 15, to China next month—nearly a year after the iQOO 13 hit the shelves. Ahead of the launch, several key details about the device have already surfaced, giving fans a clear idea of what’s coming.

Display confirmed by iQOO

iQOO Product Manager Galant V has revealed that the iQOO 15 will feature a 2K Samsung Everest AMOLED panel, also referred to as the NB Plus display. This upgraded screen promises sharper clarity, improved brightness, richer contrast, and better colour accuracy while minimising reflections. Reports suggest the handset could push brightness levels up to 6,000 nits and also feature an anti-reflective coating similar to what Apple uses on the iPhone 17 Pro Max.

Leaked design hints at bold new look

A leaked image, shared by tipster Anvin (@ZionsAnvin on X), shows the iQOO 15 in a striking red-to-white gradient finish with curved edges. The large rear camera module stands out, possibly featuring either a glowing LED ring or a clean white accent ring for a fresh aesthetic.

Rumoured specifications

The iQOO 15 is expected to pack a massive 6.85-inch 2K AMOLED display, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, and a triple 50MP rear camera setup with a periscope telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom. Powering the phone could be Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with a hefty 7,000mAh battery. To tackle heat management, the brand is tipped to introduce a new 8K vapour chamber cooling system.

Launch timeline

Based on iQOO’s release history, the iQOO 15 will likely launch in China in October, with an India debut expected by December.
