Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim: Rumors suggest that Samsung's upcoming Galaxy S25 Slim may not be available in all global markets, particularly in the U.S. The device, expected to be unveiled at the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event on January 22, is said to fill the gap between the Galaxy S25 Plus and Galaxy S25 Ultra in Samsung's flagship lineup.

Tipster Evan Blass recently posted on X (formerly Twitter), claiming that the Galaxy S25 Slim may not be sold through U.S. carriers. While an unlocked version might still be available, it seems unlikely the phone will officially hit the U.S. market.

It is rumored that South Korea could be one of the limited regions where the phone will launch. This wouldn't be the first time Samsung has restricted a device's availability, as seen with the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition, which debuted in South Korea in October 2024.

Blass further speculates that the Galaxy S25 Slim will sit between the Galaxy S25 Plus and Ultra models in terms of both marketing and pricing in the countries where it is sold.

Expected Specifications for the Galaxy S25 Slim

The Galaxy S25 Slim is anticipated to feature a 6.66-inch display, similar in size to the Galaxy S25 Plus. The phone is expected to have a sleek 6.4mm thin profile without the camera module, while the thickness will increase to 8.3mm when the camera is included.

For photography, the Galaxy S25 Slim is believed to come equipped with a powerful 200MP primary camera, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50MP 3.5X telephoto camera. The phone is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM, and will run Android 15 with the One UI 7 skin.

As Samsung prepares to reveal the full details of the S25 lineup, all eyes will be on what the company has in store for its latest slimmed-down flagship.
