Soon after the successful launch of Vivo V29e, the Chinese smartphone maker is now all set to introduce the Vivo V29 5G and Vivo V29 Pro in India. In a new update, Vivo is all set to launch its new Vivo V29 series phones by the end of this month. Not only that, but the report also suggests that the new Vivo V29 will be getting an all-new ‘Majestic Red’ trim with India-specific features. However, the company has not confirmed anything at the time of writing the article.
Vivo V29, Vivo V29 Pro Specifications: (Expected)
The upcoming Vivo V29 5G is said to get a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED screen with a refresh rate panel of 120 Hz and may support the DCI-P3 colour gamut. The smartphone will reportedly draw its power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC and may come paired with up to 12 GB RAM and up to 256 GB storage. The smartphone is said to be backed by a massive 4,600 mAh battery with a fast charging support of 80W. For gaming and better performance, the smartphone may get a VC Bionic Cooling System for thermals. It will be running on Android 13-based FunTouchOS 13.

Speaking of the optics, the smartphone may get a 50 MP primary shooter with optical image stabilisation, an 8 MP ultra-wide lens and a 2 MP depth sensor. For selfies, it may get a 50 MP front camera.
The Vivo V29 Pro is said to make its India debut as a rebranded version of the Vivo S17 Pro and may be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC with LPDDR5 RAM. However, it is not confirmed as of now. It is reported that the smartphone may be backed by the same 4,600 mAh battery with fast charging support. It is said to get the same 6.78-inch centred punch-hole curved AMOLED display.

Speaking of the optics, the smartphone may get a 50 MP Sony IMX766V primary shooter, 8 MP ultra-wide lens and 12 MP telephoto lens. For video calls, the smartphone may get the same 50 MP for a better experience.
