Vivo V29e will launch in India on August 28 (today) at 12:00 PM. The smartphone will have a curved screen and a colour-changing back panel. It will likely sit in the under Rs 30,000 bracket in India. According to The Tech Outlook, V29e may have a 6.78-inch FHD+ curved AMOLED panel with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It will have a thickness of 7.57mm and weigh just 180g. Under the hood, the handset may have a 6nm Snapdragon 695 chipset for performance. It will likely run on Vivo's custom skin based on Android 13.
As for the battery, a 5000mAh cell that may sit on the inside will likely support 44W charging. As for the optics, the V29e could have a 64MP OIS primary and an 8MP secondary lens. A 50MP camera will sit on the front of the device. An in-display fingerprint reader may be present on the phone. For connectivity, the V29e will likely have Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1 and a USB Type-C port for charging and data exchange.
According to the report, Vivo V29e will likely come in two storage variants - 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB. The price of the base trim may start from Rs 26,999, and the top-end model may steep at Rs 28,999. It will likely debut in two colour variants - blue and red.
