Chinese smartphone maker Vivo is all set to launch the Vivo X100 smartphone in its homeland soon. The lineup will likely include three models: Vivo X100, X100 Pro, and X100 Pro Plus. Amid the rising hype of these handsets, the AnTuTu benchmark score of the vanilla model in the series has reportedly appeared online.
According to tech tipster Mukul Sharma, the smartphone scored 22,49,858 on the performance rating platform. Based on the screenshot shared by Sharma on X, formerly called Twitter, the phone could run on Android 14 and offer up to 16GB of LPDDR5T RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 internal memory. The flagship may sport a Dimensity 9300 CPU for powerful gaming and multitasking.
X100's processor will likely offer one 3.25GHz Cortex X4, three 2.85GHz Cortex X4 and four 2.00GHz Cortex A720 cores. It could have an Immortalis G720 MC12 GPU. On a related note, the specifications of the Vivo X100 Pro+ also appeared online.

According to reports, the X100 Pro Plus could sport a 6.78-inch 2K OLED screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz. Under the hood, the device may get a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip for performance. It will likely run on the latest Android 14 on top of Vivo's custom skin.
Speaking of the optics, the handset could have a 50MP OIS primary, 50MP ultrawide, 50MP portrait and 200MP telephoto lens on the rear. A 5,400mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging has been tipped by reports.
Vivo X100 Series Release Date
It is tipped that the phones will likely launch in China on November 17. The India launch date of the phones is an unaddressed query at the time of filing. Considering the upgrades, we can anticipate a price rise compared to the current X90 series.
