Vivo is all set to drop its top-of-the-line flagship smartphones, the X300 series, and its hype has gained much momentum since the news of its release started surfacing online. Expected to give its users photography that is unmatched by any other device in any segment, this smartphone is definitely going to be a head-turner.

November was a good month for smartphone releases, but I guess this time one of the bigger announcements was left for the last month of the year; this will definitely give you a perspective on what you want to buy if you are someone who has been waiting to get their hands on a top-tier device. The new X300 series will be the successor to last year's X200 flagship series, but this time it looks like Vivo is planning something big, with significant upgrades expected this time.

The design of the devices has been confirmed to get a much sleeker look and feel, and apart from that, the magnum opus of the event, the camera that the X300 series will hold, has been confirmed by the company.

Vivo X300 and X300 Pro Launch Dates in India

Vivo is set to launch the X300 and X300 Pro in India on December 2. The devices will be available through the official Vivo e-store, Flipkart, and offline retail partners. Fans can catch the live stream on Vivo’s YouTube and social media channels starting at 12:00 PM IST.

Vivo X300: Expected Specifications

The Vivo X300 is expected to feature a 6.31-inch OLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. It is confirmed to be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset and will likely come with LPDDR5x RAM. It will use a battery with around 5,360 mAh capacity, sporting up to 90 W wired and up to 40 W wireless charging. Cameras include a 200MP main sensor, a 50MP periscope telephoto camera, and a 50MP ultrawide sensor.

Vivo X300 Pro: Expected Upgrades

The X300 Pro is expected to boast a larger 6.78-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, powered by the very same MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. Battery capacity could increase slightly, to 5,440 mAh, while retaining 90W wired and 40W wireless charging capabilities. Other cameras will supposedly include a 200MP periscope telephoto, a 50MP main sensor, and another 50MP ultrawide camera, suggesting photography capabilities above that of the standard model.

Expected Price in India

Vivo X300 is expected to start around Rs 74,999 for the base variant and could reach Rs 85,999 for the top-end model. The X300 Pro is likely to carry a tentative price tag of Rs 109,999. These prices are expected and may be subject to change at launch.
