Vivo is getting ready to raise the bar once again. After launching the Vivo X300 Pro in India last December alongside the Vivo X300, the company has now confirmed that a new top-tier model is joining the lineup. The upcoming device will be called the Vivo X300 Ultra, and it’s positioned as the most premium phone in the X300 series so far.

The official reveal is scheduled for MWC 2026 in Barcelona, which runs from March 2 to March 5. During Vivo’s presentation at the event, attendees will get an early look at the Ultra model’s design and features.

Vivo To Showcase X300 Ultra At MWC 2026

Vivo has confirmed its participation at Mobile World Congress 2026, and the Vivo X300 Ultra will be one of the highlights of its showcase. The company says visitors will be able to experience the device’s design up close, which is said to draw inspiration from Vivo’s professional imaging heritage.

Alongside the Ultra, Vivo will also display the Vivo X300, Vivo X300 Pro, Vivo X Fold 5, and the recently launched Vivo V70 Elite and Vivo V70. It’s clearly shaping up to be a packed presentation for the brand.

A Big Focus On Imaging

While Vivo hasn’t shared full specifications yet, the company is already building hype around the camera capabilities. It claims the X300 Ultra represents its “most advanced innovation in mobile imaging and videography to date". That’s a bold statement, especially considering Vivo’s recent push into high-end camera hardware.

If past trends are anything to go by, photography and videography will likely be the core focus of this flagship.

Price And Hardware Expectations

Leakage of information on the prices of the device is also starting to happen. Sanju Chaudhary, a tipster, states that the price of the Vivo X300 Ultra may be significantly high, ranging from 1,60,000 to 1,70,000. He states that the prices of memory components like DRAM and SSD, along with the high-end Snapdragon processor, are contributing to the high prices. No official information has been given by Vivo on the prices of the device.

As for expected specifications, the phone is tipped to run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, built on a 3nm process. It could pack a massive 7,000mAh battery with support for 100W wired and 40W wireless fast charging. A 6.82-inch 2K flat LTPO OLED display is also expected.

On the camera front, reports suggest a quad rear setup headlined by a 200-megapixel primary sensor. If that turns out to be accurate, the X300 Ultra could easily become one of the most camera-focused smartphones of 2026.

For now, all eyes are on Barcelona. With MWC just around the corner, we won’t have to wait long to see what Vivo’s Ultra flagship is really capable of.
