Instant messaging application WhatsApp was recently spotted (by WABetaInfo) testing a feature to pin multiple messages within a chat window on Android. Soon after rolling out the feature to beta users, the company started seeding the option to a larger audience. Announced by Mark Zuckerberg via his WhatsApp Channel, WhatsApp accounts can now pin up to three messages in a conversation.

For the unaware, WhatsApp's stable build only supported one pinned message in a chat that could be moved to the top for easy access in a group or individual conversation. With the arrival of the enhancement, the option to access important information will be eased further and users can pin more messages at the top.
